Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please sign in and go to “MY BOOKINGS”. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation. Repeated late cancellations or no shows may result in a deposit or advance payment being required to secure future appointments. 3 No-shows without prior notice may have your online booking privileges restricted.
